    I worked at FOX Broadcasting

    Pros

Luckily I had a great boss who was supportive and acted as a mentor who helped my professional growth and development.

    Cons

General distrust of parent company. HR wasn't always viewed as a resource to provide support to it's employees... Too much politics. Very "top heavy" with executives paid generously while those of us having to do the grunt work weren't paid competitively.

    I worked at FOX Broadcasting

    Pros

successful company where the majority of people are fair and personable, with the exception of the department I worked in. There are perks to working there and good benefits like medical and dental, etc.

    Cons

I was treated unfairly by management there and human resources could not help me.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

treat your employees with dignity and respect and have reasonable expectations of people. Also clear communication if you are having issues and not saving up a laundry list of petty things to bombard them with when it is time for a review. Also better and more thorough training.
