Fun place to work, but very little job growth or advancement opportunities

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Los Angeles, CA

ProsGreat content created; good group of employees; very little bureaucracy compared to other studios in town; not a lot of busywork

ConsNo jobs being added, only replacement of attrition; doesn't have its digital house in order; still plenty of favoritism/nepotism at the top levels

Advice to Senior ManagementTake even bigger risks than you already are; don't feel burned by the FIM/Myspace errors, keep forging a strong digital path

    I worked at FOX Broadcasting

Pros: the idea of working for a Television station sounded exciting, and that… Cons: Hard core pressure sales. Zero training, thrown in, expected to produce. Office was dilapidated, old and out-dated. Embarrassing to bring prospective-clients in, knowing they expected… Advice to Senior Management: Train your people!! Put some pride in the work space. If the Leadership finds no purpose to improve the working conditions and quality then how… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
