    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The whole company needs to be redone. You can't have every decision make by one person, and it happens to be the wrong guy. Then you have people underneath making ever little change, just because of one word.

You lost almost ten people for the past 6 months. Stop putting people in positions and power that doesn't really have the background and skills. Development and Ops team are down to a few good talents, and you have nobody else to execute. Strategy and Project Management are both in complete chaos. Making poor decisions over and over again.

Start hiring professionals and believe in them, not college kids that knows nothing. You need to stop micro-managing and think forward. Treat your employees with respect, but not robots.

I worked at FOX News as an intern (more than an year)

    Pros

The biggest pro is knowing that your work reaches the biggest audience in cable news. It's also great to be able to work with some of the most talented journalists in the field. People there are generally very motivated and very good at what they do. These are among the reasons why the company has a relatively high retention rate.

    Cons

The biggest con is that people often automatically assume that you're a Republican. Yes, the folks who work on the partisan talk shows typically are personally conservative, but not all of the straight-news reporters are.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too much reliance on the seniority system.
