    I worked at FPMI

    Pros

    Training operations staff in Huntsville.

    Cons

LIke many companies today, there is not a history of employment stability; layoffs are always just around the corner. Also, FPMI has had a history of senior leaders whose trustworthiness is suspect.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit working your staff to death! Hire more people, even if that means cutting your own salaries some.
