Solid work experience, but poorly managed and too much emphasis on unrealistic budgets.

ProsHas lucrative complex clients and there is much to be gained in enhancing ones skills and on the job knowledge and experience.

ConsThe atmoshphere/culture is lacking; offices don't function as a unit. Offer many consulting services and employ a variety of professionals with different credentials.

Advice to Senior ManagementForm more of a cohesive group. Give employees better performance feedback. Enhance the culture and unit.

    Great people, mundane work

    Pros: Awesome people at the DC office - very nice and… Cons: Poor training Work can be boring and very repetitive Relatively conservative workplace… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
