    Pros

    Great Culture, very inclusive of everybody, and they do a great job of taking into account everybody's needs.

    Cons

    Work can be slow and mundane at times;
    Favoritism amongst Senior Directors and Management is common

    I worked at FTI Consulting full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great experience across a wide range of clients, particularly in healthcare (systems, standalones, AMCs, rural and urban hospitals). Good pay.

    Cons

    Performance review process was inadequate, managing directors not held to consistent standards for developing their supporting staff. Difficult to advance within firm without leaving and then returning

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Implement a 360 review process, implement a more dynamic pay-for-performance, and subsidize continuing education for top talent.
