Prosyou can be assigned interesting work from time to time

Conspoor raises and bonus structure changed to make it harder to achieve. this while blowing their own horns about "record profits" during the height of the recent financial crisis.

Advice to Senior Managementdont complain about retention problems once the economy recovers.
