Lack of job security

ProsThere are some great managers, but it is really all luck of the draw.

ConsLong hours that don't seem to pay off when promotion time comes around.
No job security.
Poor internal communication.
Career development and adequate training for advancement and skill growth are lacking.

Advice to Senior ManagementCommunicate with your employees.
