ProsFTR does open a lot of doors if anyone wants to gain experience in something new. They do give chances to unexperienced individuals to move up and gain experience and take on a task that will look good on their resume.

ConsVery low pay and bad HR. Bad internal communication.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf you consider your employees needs you will build strong and loyal employees who will improve the output and in the end will improve client satisfaction, which will help you to win over more business.
