“A great place to work.”
I have been working at Facebook full-time for less than a year
Pros – High level of freedom to structure your own work. Maximum ability to make an impact on the world. Professional management.
Cons – Compensation could certainly improve. A bit too many company politics among colleagues. These are the only cons I can think of.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
