Great Culture, Great benefits and Great people! They take really good care of engineers and have a work culture which allows you to try multiple things.

It can be slightly stressful at times, but nothing out of the ordinary. The code sometimes needs a bit of cleaning up, which can be a bit annoying.

I worked at Facebook as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    * Lots of access to intelligent, experienced FTEs
    * Great benefits, including shuttles to work, daily meals, and free laundry service
    * Very open culture, with a lot of trust given to new employees and interns alike
    * Able to innovate and have impact regardless of tenure or position

    Cons

    * Interns mostly stick to their team, so for internships which team you get can be very crucial in defining your experience. This can be make or break for some interns, since some teams have unreasonable expectations or just don't mesh well with their interns.
    * At least one other intern I knew complained that some teams seemed "easier" in terms of receiving a full time offer than others.
