* More work that there are people to do.
* Great opportunity to grab what you can and shine.
* Awesome benefits and amenities.

Cons

Management structure is still immature. Most managers are working on projects and busy executing their own agenda. Politics are heating up as the pressure to succeed increases. Little personnel development.

Advice to Senior Management

Watch out for an exodus of people as stock option holder are vesting. It seems that burnout is more common even as the company grows to take on the load.
