Pros

I like the people quite a bit, and free lunch 4 days a week is also exciting. As far as productivity, the dual monitors make working much better

Cons

The cubical culture makes it quite difficult to focus for long periods of time. Whenever you begin to get productive, someone drops by and starts talking.

Advice to Senior Management

In general I think that management does a pretty good job. They listen to the employees and everyone has their voice heard before a decision is made.
