Unclear promotional structure

Pros

Great benefits, young work environment, good life/work ratio.

Cons

The corporate structure needs to be overhauled to provide more opportunities for consultants to progress within the company. As it stands now, consultants are pigeon holed with current accounts and receive promotions by being in the right place at the right time. There is very little communication from management about future opportunities or professional coaching to retain top performing employees.

Increase communication about management changes and potential career paths.

    Clean house. Hire outside consulting firm to revamp management teams and structure. Hire outside of the company for senior positions. Remove under performing middle managers.
