Network Engineer (Current Employee) Manchester, NH

ProsGood pay & benefits for the region, honest hard working staff.

ConsLack of enthusiasm for the business, market driven management, lack of clear overall direction. No fun (parties, etc etc)

Advice to Senior ManagementProvide clear goals for middle management and staff. Focus on customer quality of services, consolidate the product line, get rid of old technology. Loosen up, and start acting like a startup.
