Pros

Good pay, beautiful are to work at, good tip on a good day. The discounts on every fairmont hotel, except the one you worked in, were a big plus.

Cons

I felt like the work was not appreciated, and going above and beyond would always go unnoticed and management was not thorough about instructions sometimes.

    Pros

Great meals prepared by talented chefs.

    Cons

There is a clique-ish atmosphere at this location, you must be very careful not to step on anyone's toes lest they all turn on you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Never allow a supervisor to demoralize another employee publicly. Also, if a Manager goes through more than two assistants in a period of 6 months, review this person's conduct immediately.
