Great Company to work for

Pros-Ability to grow with the company
-They have training seminars for the management staff
-Recognize their employees quite nicely throughout the year
-Beautiful resort to go work at

Cons-Pay
-They pride themselves on promoting from within but it took me three times
-Prepare to work weekends and holidays

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Pros: They really put the colleagues first, it is not just talk their philosphy is that if they take… Cons: Politics at hotel level Executive Committee can be tiresome this… Advice to Senior Management: Need a better sucession planning system for managers and share it with them, especially the Non Reccomends on the FSI.
