I worked at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts part-time for less than a year
Pros – Friendly staff, mostly friendly guests. Beautiful workplace. Pushed to provide better experience.
Cons – Physically demanding, occasional rude guests
Advice to Senior Management – Tell the doormen to take a chill pill
