Pros

Small campus and enrollment so you get to know staff and students easily.
Diverse student body with local, out of state, and foreign students.
Some newer facilities nicely offset the older ones showing positive trend for those thinking of attending.

Cons

Shares campus and classes with affiliated community college so it's not uncommon to find first year community college students enrolling in third year university classes just because they can.

In order to keep qualified faculty, pay raises are in order.
