Can take on as much as you'd like
Management cares about its employees.
Can wear many hats
Collaborative work environment
people are down to earth

Cons

Ownership is too hands on with the agency and the team. Never had the chance to have the reins taken off to let experts be experts. Not business savvy.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ownership needs to let step out and let the staff competencies and talent shine. Needs to have a more diversified portfolio of clients. Needs to better embrace new technology.

    I worked at Falls Agency full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Laid, casual back atmosphere. Ability to wear many hats and touch on several news skills.

    Cons

    Grossly underpaid, high-stress atmosphere - high pressure and high expectations with very little return, if any. Recognition for hard work or above-and-beyond efforts are few and far between. Unclear direction or strategy for general projects and business as a whole. Technology is office in not up-to-date, causing constant crashes and issues for employees. Requests for working equipment go unheeded.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Owners are too hands on causing inefficiency. Expectation is to spend as much time there as the owners with no monetary or company stake. Opinions of even "valued" employed are not given respect. Seem unable to listen/hear constructive feedback on business without hurt feelings. Management must learn to keep up-to-date on technology and software for themselves and all employees. Employees are not to blame for owners business mistakes.
