Current Employee – been working at Family Dollar Stores full-time for more than a year

Pros – As long as you work hard and do your job right, there is always room for promotions and raises.

Cons – Full time work, at any job sometimes makes it hard to find time for personal things.

Advice to Senior Management – More payroll would be great for getting things done!:-)
