I worked at Family Dollar Stores part-time for more than a year

Pros – Easy going manager, easy job.

Cons – Store got robbed, pay is low,benefits suck, there is no employee discout. corporate is rude.

Advice to Senior Management – Up the pay, protect the employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
