I have been working at Family Dollar Stores full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I get to serve the community by stocking the store as full as i can for their needs, and keeping it neat and tidy.

    Cons

With the limited staff and labor hours the store is able to have, it has become very hard to accomplish all the tasks set before me.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of 3rd party workers. Train Family Dollar employees to do all facets of the job , increasing the payroll to handle the larger work load, and just maybe have a "set" time each week for each store for DC truck delivery, for better use of payroll.
