I have been working at Family Health Network full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Make salary increase within first three months. Top salary is 80k. Freedom to work in field and conduct enrollments.

Cons

Management has too many supervisors who are yes men and not take charge to help grow the business. You are left to find your own onsite locations unless you are liked. The favoritism in the company is hindering growth.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop allowing favoritism to continue and keep people who know the job and target market and help with fresh ideas. The old FHN and union need to go in order to be successful in the future. FHN has a great CEO he has managers on the FHN marketing side that need to be replaced with innovative managers who help their employees.

I worked at Family Health Network

    Pros

Working with a few people I know from previous organizations

    Cons

Unorganized, no established policies, staff does not seem to follow standard business practices i.e. work schedules, business attire.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too many cooks in the kitchen as in too much office politics for a small company of less than 500 people.
