ProsFlexibilty in scheduling. Stated mission of community. Co-workers involved and supportive. Support staff very capable and always willing to help.

ConsLack of focus. Misguided sense of profit vs. service. Communications from management not always clear nor timely.

Advice to Senior ManagementUse your internal resources. Don't forget that your professional staff knows what they are doing. You hired them for their skills - disregarding their professional needs is self-defeating behavior.
