One of a kind company

ProsI believe Fannie offers the best benefits and compensation compared to similar companies in the same industry and area.

ConsOne needs to have a strong relationship with someone with power (who you know) rather than performance/skills (what you know) to move up the ladder.

Advice to Senior ManagementTurnover rate is increasing, morale is decreasing, need to figure out a plan to response to this issue.
