I worked at Fannie Mae as a contractor for less than a year

Pros: Excellent treatment you get to work 4 days a week at home ...thats 4 days a week ...you can listen to the radio at home… Cons: Managers still get good pay higher than average -- Cons -- I guess at the expense of tax payers who bailed Fannie Mae out Fannie… Advice to Senior Management: Keep it up ...maybe employee paid breakfast and lunch to employees… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More

    Project Manager (Former Employee)

I worked at Fannie Mae full-time for more than a year

Pros: Good work life balance; excellent benefits Cons: Insecure senior managers and tremendous waste throughout the organization. Advice to Senior Management: Bring in new Executive Mangement. The company just reeks with cronieism....Unless you're a "lifer" at Fannie - you have no chance to advance with… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
