    Pros

The pay is great, benefits (so, so, high deductibles), flexible work schedule and able to work from local living home 3 days a week.

    Cons

It's all about the numbers and not quality, a lot of transition at the moment and unforeseen future as well right now.
Up until now lower management has only hired based on brown nosing and not a persons qualifications (no matter what they say).

    Advice to Management

Do to the uncertain future, it's hard to give advice right now, however if lower management gets to stay in position in the new agency Please do not base hiring decision on (brown nosing, friendship, etc) Most of us have worked our asses off and given up so much just be working here!
