Fannie Mae has good folks.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsGreat people, dedicated to helping homeowners. They were all about putting together programs that would provide assistance to those who needed it.

ConsIt seems like lots of reorganization is going on all the time. The uncertainty is not a good thing. A level of stability is needed.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to minimize the reorg impacts to your team.
