    Pros

compensation & benefits. work from home flexibilities.

    Cons

work/life balance varies from dept to dept, manager to manager. report up structure not about what make sense but what makes cents. public & congressional ignorance on who we are & what we do goes unchallenged.

    Advice to Management

Do a better job at explaining to the general public who we really are and what we really do. Do a better job at making sure all employees love their experience, not just those in a few coveted positions or divisions.
