    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I worked at Fareportal for two years. During my tenure there I got the impression that the owner was in a rush to sell the company. Wages are good if you prove yourself, but upper management was a little strange with the change when it came to reinvesting in the business.

The culture is mostly young and energetic. It can be fun, but most times more stressful. There's another office in India that everyone has to keep tabs, and that seemed to be the source of the stress for most people here.

I always felt like if the company focused more on its brand and less on individual sales that Fareportal could be very successful.

Overall, I would say Fareportal is a good place to establish yourself, but not a good place to stay long term. Things always change though.
