“High employee tenure means very little innovation”
Current Employee – been working at Farmers Group
Pros – Good benefits, generally nice people, busy but not stressful enviornments
Cons – Poor long term planning, complete failure to recognize and promote talent
Advice to Senior Management – Hire smarter people
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
