Pros

Salary, upward mobility. A sense of belonging.

Cons

Sales quotas for new agency owners along the TX Gulf Coast are ridiculous. So hard to achieve. Some districts treat there staff and the agency owner pool a lot better than other district operations.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stick to what got Farmers to be in the top 3 largest P&C companies in the U.S. Stop cramming new sales programs down the throats of new agency owners and then tying any hope of a bonus check into the new programs. They just don't work.
