    Pros

You are your own Boss, which means you can be as flexible with your schedule as you would like. BOSS.

    Cons

Commission based; which means that if you do not sell, you do not get paid. Without a doubt, it is a numbers game.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't make it so complicated to services the products. Also, offering better incentives or discounts on multiple policies would help us be more competitive.

    Pros

Very friendly management, they are open to ideas from anyone.
Lots of opportunities to get salary increases through different ways.

    Cons

Salary increases rely on a grading system.
It consists of several things, including surveys from customers with paid claims.
Also how the person who first talked to this person was.
If the person before you was bad, your grade takes a hit. If the person is just mad, it also takes a hit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dont grade salary increases on customer surveys as much.
