This is a stand-up company with a solid foundation in the sign industry that offers a very diverse assortment of signage.

These are typically small shops with very few employees which can limit your ability for growth within the company structure.

    The people are great, the jobs are different ,the scenery changes if your an installer.

    Some of the owners treat the employees like they aren't worthy of working for them .

    Pros

    Great location, very friendly professional employees. Offer training classes daily on different softwares.
    Good Benefits. Marketing/Training make this a fun place to work for.

    Cons

    The department that manages the employment compliance, does not always follow the rules, they expect all managers and employees to follow. They are so busy looking at other employees in the company instead of looking at their own employees in their department not following policies and compliance. For example: Advances to one employee only a couple times a year, then forgiving them when they can not pay them back, just leaves a bad taste in your mouth, when you know it's wrong.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat employees fairly, all across the board. If advances are available, make it available to all employees. And when forgiving a loan. Make sure the loan is taxed properly. Giving the same employee loans over and over again, makes the employee think the companies money is always available to them.
