I worked at Fastenal part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great employee discount on some items, but that is about it. Nothing too special. When I worked for them there were no benefits offered to part time workers other than 401k

    Cons

Lots of push from regional management to hit sales, profit and other numbers leading to short term focus and other pitfalls.

    Cons

    1. Pay

    2. Most of the people working there are rational and hoping to get out, but there are some 'true believers'.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
