Pros

Company present good advancement opportunities, good distinction between work and personal life. I would recommend anyone to work here if you are motivated and looking for a good opportunity.

Cons

Seems like each week the company is changing the expectations. They do not focus on one thing, and although you must excel in all areas it would be nice to know what the company wants most.

Advice to Senior Management

Personally I feel that there should be employee reviews, let the employee know exactly how they are perceived. Also focus on one thing you want them to do well.
