    Pros

Good first job to put something on your resume. Good part time job for high school or college students. It's not a career type company, but it's a good starter company while you look for something else.

    Cons

-Unsustainable growth through outrageous sales goals YTD and MTD. It's a growth bubble similar to the housing market crisis. -Extremely high turnover due to increasingly fast moving trend towards over micro-managing, employee intimidation, and regular decreases in commission rates with the expectation of more sales output. Constantly training/ promoting new incompetent employees because of unsatisfied turnover. -Completely focused on stock price rather than employee satisfaction. -Bad business model of taking from employees (the sales force core of business growth) to keep the stock prices elevated to show positive growth to investors.

    Advice to Management

Focus on your employees first, and your stock prices second. Without a happy workforce, your stock prices will suffer eventually. Don't have unrealistic sales expectations. There's no way that a company can sustain a 30% growth rate year after year without eventually plateauing out. Taking more and more out of employee commissions just to keep the company afloat will pop the bubble you are creating.
