Current Employee – been working at Faulkner Hospital full-time for more than 8 years

Pros – very competitive benefits and salary

Cons – a community hospital owned by a much larger hospital network in the greater Boston area. As
This hospital network has increasingly taken greater control over the facility in recent years, the atmosphere has been changing. It has created a less friendlier place to work.
