FedEx Ground Employee Review

I have been working at FedEx Ground

Pros – Salary is pretty good. That's the only positive I can give.

Cons – - If you want to be treated like a professional, don't work here. Managers treat you like children.
 - Expect to be told you are working, not asked, on your days off.
 - Expect your job duties to be undefined.
 - Expect not to be trusted and micro-managed. Daily status meetings, status reports and constant badgering about what you are working on.

Over 4 years here and it has been a very bad experience.

Advice to Senior Management – I couldn't even begin to give advice. The I.T. managers do not have I.T. backgrounds. The I.T. project managers do not have I.T. backgrounds. Enough said.
