FedEx Ground – “Avoid working here at all costs! Very lousy pay and guaranteed 12+ hour days!”

Pros

The pleasure of consistently working 12-14 hours per day! And the second best reason is you can forget everything you know about a normal work-life balance. For what they expect, FedEx Ground pays its operations/terminal managers about half of what they should.

Cons

They do not understand what a work-life balance is (and no I am not just talk about Christmas season). You will work very long and awkward hours.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire additional staff to help with the heavy workload.
