I worked at FedEx Ground part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The only positive thing about working at the FedEx Ground hub in Rialto was we would get weekends off and get paid every week.

    Cons

They would always demand more and more to the point that it was no longer enjoyable working at this place. In all it was very stressful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Create a more relaxed environment.

I have been working at FedEx Ground part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

FedEx hires too many young, inexperienced, immature little boys who spend more time gossiping and playing catch in the warehouse than working.

    Cons

Pay is pretty good, some nice drivers & contractors

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Grow up and take responsibility for problems within the workforce. Time after time, you protect staff who lie on their paperwork, play games instead of work, and point fingers at women who do their jobs well and efficiently. I have never worked for a company where management literally stands around with their hands in their pockets, gossiping like old women at a picnic, and take NO ACTION against problems when they arise.

    No opinion of CEO
