Management doesn't show any real respect to employees or give proper recognition for quality work, they often make mistakes on your pay check, they barely provide you with enough hours, promotion is almost impossible, Extremely hard labor, temperatures are the same inside the warehouse as they are outside, strenuous security procedures when leaving and entering warehouse facility, poor training
