FedEx Ground Package Handler in San Leandro, CA: (Current Employee)

Pros

Good for PART-time work, while you're going to school

Cons

The drivers are indepent contractors without benefits and variable rates of pay

Advice to Senior Management

Give the drivers the same wages and benefits the drivers for FedEx Express gets

Dave Rebolz CEO of FedEx Ground? What a joke! I can remember him as a lame duck station manager out of SFO. Absolutely no management qualities. How was he ever to climb this far up? He's a JERK!
