    Pros

Working with the customers fells more rewarding then working for your senior managment.

    Cons

District manager, Center managers some of them could not care about thier employees at all, They just keep down grading you, never helping you and then want thier numbers to be high, that is all that matters because they get bounes and the workers get nothing, no Pension, no real discounts, and we must always put a smile on our face. If they like you they will promote you, if they dont like you you're fired.

    Advice to Management

You will get more from your workers if you showed some care and concern and appreciated the work they do for you. Stop downgrading, your numbers would be higher if you showed some support to your workers.

    Pros

    Clean, indoor work environment.
Great team work in my center.
DM is good but has to deal with the MD and above (which are out of touch)

    Cons

Upper leadership jump from one "big thing" to another. Threats of being held accountable for making metrics that don't make sense. 3 months later, you won't even hear about those things that were such a big deal. On to something new.
Upper leadership do mystery shops and visit centers. But they look at things like: did every TM offer you all 4 of the Products of the Month, is the computer pricing in the correct order on the sign (order they made up), all window signs even (height wise), etc.
Payroll is a joke. We now expect to deliver a great customer experience with 1-2 Team Members in the center at a time. (3 if you're lucky)

    Advice to Management

Come up with a clear strategy to get the company on the right track and stick with it for more than a couple months. Upper leaders should work in the center for just one day and seeing if you can be an expert in everything including: Ground shipping, Express shipping, Ground HAL procedures, Express HAL procedures, be able to efficiently use at least 5 different printers/copiers, use all finishing equipment and be an expert on all of the 500 products and services we offer. And do it with a stupid level of staffing so you never have a chance to become an expert in all of that because there isn't enough time for adequate training.
