I worked at FedEx Office full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Decent benefits, Supply you with a uniform shirt.

Cons

Terrible management. Forced to push color copies and large projects to half drunk customers who are only interested in a nine cent black and white copy of their lottery tickets. If you want to treated like a baby and micro-managed by THREE managers in a store with eight associates and get paid lousy, then this is the place for you!

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop micro-managing and give employees a better salary, and you'll see better results.

Neutral Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I have been working at FedEx Office

    Pros

Great day job and stepping stone into the corporate world

    Cons

Things change on a dime, but not everyone will know at once.
Sales goals are unrealistic and unattainable due to team structures.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go back to the name Kinko's once and for all. Customers REFUSE to say "FedEx Office" or recognize it as anything but shipping. They still call printing Kinko's.
