I have been working at FedEx Office full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Good benefits for the level of job it is. Pay is mediocre.
1 week of vacation 1st year, 2 weeks the 2nd year and 3 weeks starting the 4th year.
401k matching up to 5%.
Health, dental, vision. Not great plans, but something.
Managers can bonus quarterly but it is rare in most locations.

Cons

As with any customer-service oriented job, you are expected to meet unrealistic customer expectations and give every customer a lengthy spiel about the current month's sale ("Don't forget to take the survey too!")

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit it with the forced talk tracks and making us sell things that people don't want. Focus on expanding your online offerings.

    I worked at FedEx Office full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    FedEx and Kinkos each have long histories and now as FedEx Office, the bring the benefit of those experiences together to provide a full menu of products and services to customers. Value training and development of employees to promote from within.

    Cons

    Recent changes have made it difficult to work in learning and development department and get promoted unless you're willing to move to Dallas Texas.
