    Pros

Most people work here for the benefits because they are pretty good.

    Cons

From the time that I have been there, it seems like your work-life balance and how transparent the company values are depends on your manager (management). If they don't like you for some reason, good luck. If you just so happen to have an "OK" relationship, good luck as well, because I have seen managers exercise favoritism. You will begin to notice who hangs out with the managers outside of work because they are usually the ones getting away with stuff at work or having this amazing schedule that fits all of their needs. I would not suggest this type of customer service field for anyone attending school because it will drain you emotionally and physically.

    Advice to Management

I think management (at the corporate headquarters) perform more evaluation type work on managers because many get away with unethical work habits because they know the employees will always fear of losing their job or being mistreated if they report their manager.

    Pros

A majority of the team members made the work pleasant. The work load was challenging which made for the time at the establishment go faster.

    Cons

Unfortunately, the work-life balance was not there. The upper management failed to reprimand individuals that were not even trying to learn how to run the business. This led to removing myself from this position.

    Advice to Management

If an assistant manager is unwilling to learn or work, then he or she should not be allowed to be an assistant manager.
