This job can go a million different ways...

Customer Consultant (Current Employee) Seattle, WA

ProsDecent start rate (until you really get the experience)
Learn a lot about customer service, printing, and finishing
Some coworkers are good to work with
Developed good relationships with customers

ConsYour typical overworked and underpaid
It gets insane especially during peak hours and holidays, you'll find yourself going nuts
Working by myself for hours at a time was very difficult and lost business by having customers walk out
EXTREMELY stressful! I can't even explain how stressful this job is
Customers are very demanding sometimes and their stress will add on to yours, they expect things to be done right away

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

    Career vs. Job

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) New York, NY

I have been working at FedEx Office full-time for more than 10 years

Pros: No roof on your growth, 75% discount on shipping, 401K,… Cons: Multitask! Multitask! Multitask! FedEx Office Makes It, Prints It, and Packs It all while helping customers in… Advice to Senior Management: Bring back the class room training for New Hires. I believe the time… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

    Consultant

    Consultant (Former Employee)

I worked at FedEx Office full-time for more than 10 years

Pros: The best thing about this job is the job security (depending on your pay/hr & position) and definitely the benefits. You really get to learn… Cons: The worst thing is there is barely no advancement within the company unless you can suck up really well. They don't care about your hard… Advice to Senior Management: Most of you started on the production floor and know what it's like to be just an employee struggling with management. Don't get big headed… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
