Pros

FEDEX is very diverse. We have a very flexible work schedule. When disaster strikes, FEDEX is there to help it's employees no matter where or what. FEDEX supports a lot of charities. Our CEO is probably one of the most creative and prolific leaders I've ever seen. His thinking is so advanced and 'into the future' that I am proud to work for his company.

Cons

Not enough room for growth in my field. Not enough recognition for the job we are doing. I'll see in this survey if we're getting enough pay for the work we do.

Advice to Senior Management

Even though engineers are professionals, we still need to get the bennies that everyone else does. Need more recognition for the job we do.
